1. What this policy covers
This document describes the bodypace.app website only — the pages you are reading right now. The app runs on its own documents, the personal-data processing policy and the terms of use, both listed on the All documents page.
If you arrived here from the app, this is not the policy you need: the site and the app are built differently and hold different things. The site holds nothing.
2. What the site collects
The site itself collects nothing. There is not a single form on it: no email field, no sign-up, no contact form. There is nothing here to enter, and we ask you for nothing.
That said, every web server sees requests, and ours is no exception. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting — a Google service — and its nodes keep logs: your IP address, the time of the request, the address of the page opened, the type and version of the browser, and the address you came from.
5. Your rights
You may ask what is known about you and demand that it be deleted. Since the site collects no data that points to a person, the answer will almost certainly be "nothing" — but you are entitled to ask, and we will answer in writing.
6. Changes and contact
No operator is registered yet: the project has no legal entity. As soon as there is one, its name and address will appear here and this document will get a new version — the previous one will stay available at its own permanent address.
The date in the footer is the date of the latest version. Material changes are announced before they take effect, not after.
