You build the programme
Exercises, sets, weights and the order of the days. The programme goes into the client's record — not into a spreadsheet they will lose later.
The programme in a spreadsheet, the remarks in a notebook, the session reports in a chat. BodyPace gathers one client into one record: you write the plan, they write what happened, and your notes stand there with your name on them.
This page takes nothing: no form, no email, no place on a waiting list. When trainer mode opens, it will be written up in the channel.
Exercises, sets, weights and the order of the days. The programme goes into the client's record — not into a spreadsheet they will lose later.
What the client actually did: sets, weights, reps and time. Plan and result stand side by side, and the gap between them is data about load.
On an exercise or on a day, with your name and the date. The client sees who wrote it and when — a year later too.
Who trained, who is waiting for a plan, who has been gone two weeks. Without counting it back out of chats.
The client leaves and takes the whole history with them: programmes, sets, measurements and your notes with your name on them. You lose access; they lose nothing.
That is the design. It is exactly why a client agrees to open a record at all: they have nothing to lose by leaving, and you never have to explain why the history would stay with you.
